Used to mount flashes to strobies protrait kit

Fitting a Flex Mount could not be simpler.

The flex Mount is correctly fitted when the the flash gun cannot be pushed any further inside the flex mount and is flush with the central hole of the Flex Mount. Colour gels may be fitted inside the Flex Mount including manufacture’s “white balance filters”.

You do not need to use any glue, rubber bands or velcro
when using a Strobies Flex Mount. In the image on the right you can clearly see the front mounting clips for use with Strobies products, these allow you to change from a Beauty Dish to a Snoot in seconds.

Flex Mount Softbox Mounting holes

On each edge of the Flex mount you will see 4 holes for
mounting a Strobies softbox,(as shown with the rods inserted). It is best to erect the softbox without the flex mount being on the flashgun to prevent any damage to the Flash gun or the material of the softbox.

Note: Several recent Digital SLR camera models have smaller “name plates” than their predecessors. As a result, the LumiQuest Soft Screen might not be as secure when attached to these cameras. If you find this is the case and is problematic we have included 1" x 1/8" Velcro fasteners with each Soft Screen to solve the problem.
