Broadway Camera's Returns and Exchange Policy

 

  1. We always do our best to maintain accuracy and to have the most up to date information on our website. When the website content contains any accidental errors, please note we are not held accountable and will not accept any payments or orders based on an incorrect price, product information and images. 
     
  2. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase; exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
     
  3. The original receipt and valid ID are required for all returns and exchanges. Information such as address and phone number may be recorded at time of exchange or return.
     
  4. Products being returned or exchanged:
    • Are subject to inspection;
    • Must be in resalable condition;
    • Must meet any applicable manufacturer's requirements for return;
    • Include original manuals;
    • Have all attachments or components sold with the Product; and
    • Must be accompanied by original packaging in good condition.
       
  5. Broadway Camera reserves the right, at its option:
    • To charge an appropriate re-stocking charge to cover the cost of restoring a Product to resalable condition; and
    • To deny any returns or exchanges which do not meet its standards for returns and exchanges. 
       
  6. There are no returns or exchanges for batteries, recording media (e.g. memory cards or disks), photographic paper, opened software, special orders and clearance items.
     
  7. Broadway Camera may charge a fee at its discretion for refunds on credit card purchases as follows: two per cent for Visa and two per cent for MasterCard purchases.

  8. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s); exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
     
  9. Prior to shipping your item(s) back to us, please contact us via email or telephone stating your name, order number, and any other relevant information pertaining to your order. We will then confirm your return and record that your order is in the process of being sent back to us.
     
  10. Before the refund amount is issued back to your credit card or PayPal account all online purchases are subject to inspection when received.
     
  11. You are responsible for paying shipping cost of the item(s) being sent back to us, and for your newly exchanged item(s) to be sent back to you.
